Trad Em® Session (1 hour)

This unique one-hour session is designed to bring the body to a very deep state of relaxation by bringing the autonomic nervous system to its parasympathetic state. Session is combined of Castor oil pack s on abdomen and chest, Reflexology, Lymphatic massage on areas covered with castor oil and embedded in Trance Mediumship Healing Energy.

This session was developed by Anat through her Naturopathy studies, with the help of all her friends who volunteered to be her guineapigs and showed up daily through the 3 years of her study.
Since 2020, Anat added to this session a castor pack on the chest and lymphatic massage upon removing it, aiming to help the lungs, but when realizing that almost everyone presented with lymph stagnation, she refined her session to address this as well.
Since 2023 Anat started learning with Chris Ratter, Psychic Surgeon , deepening her understanding of Spirit Energy healing and embedding her session in Trance Healing. This amplified the amazing results of her sessions.
